CLEANERS:

  1. Deglosser Warnings: Deglosser is flammable - precautions must be observed. Open windows & work with small amount of Deglosser on rag.
  2. Free of Deglosser solvents: Let Deglosser evaporate off surface - about 1/2 hour. No other cleaning necessary. If surface is dull, Deglosser has done its job.
  3. Coverage: (depending on use)
  4. Deglosser = 400 sq. ft per gallon.

TSP = 9 cups in 4.5 lb. TSP.

  5. Spray Dirtex on unusual surfaces: Pretest in an inconspicuous spot.
  6. Spray Dirtex: Alkaline not acidic. pH = 10.5
  7. Disposal: Can put Dirtex, TSP/TSP-PF & Wood Bleach down toilet.
  8. Anodized Aluminum: OK to use TSP (regular aluminum discolors with very hot water).
  9. TSP/TSP-PF & Powder Dirtex: Wash & rinse from bottom up to avoid streaking that may not come off.
  10. Aluminum Siding, Canvas Boat Cover, Brick (may lighten color) & "chalky" stuff on steel: Clean with TSP & make sure to do final clean water rinse.
  11. Concrete: Ok to use TSP-PF.
  12. Degreaser/Driveway Cleaner: Putting in water dilutes product. Will work but not as effective.
  13. Plants/grass: Degreaser - flush with plenty of water.
  14. TSP/TSP-PF - Best to spray with clean water first & then rinse with clean water after.

  15. Remove wax on floor: Liquid Dirtex, Ammonia & warm water - Follow directions on label.
  16. Powder Dirtex (2 Tablespoons) plus 1 cup Ammonia in 1 gal warm water.

TSP (1/2 Cup) plus 1 cup Ammonia in 2 gal warm water.

  17. Windows: Recommend Spray or Pump Dirtex. No TSP as it will stain glass ñ if washing siding, make sure to wet surface of windows with clean water first and then immediately rinse with clear water if any TSP solution gets on windows (will need to hand buff with Spray Dirtex if it stains/streaks glass).
  18. Power washers & TSP: Recommend Liquid TSP. If using powder will need to make sure TSP is completely dissolved in hot water or else granules will clog sprayer ñ use 1 lb. box to 3 gal. hot water.
  19. Note: 1 gallon of water weighs 8 lbs.
